Per Online; Mailbox is not secure, has been broken in multiple times and boxes can be pried open without a key. Landlord won't replace. We and other residents have had mail stolen. Somewhere between 20-30 units in the building is my estimate

"Per online complaint" My family and I are trying to enjoy dinner before the holiday. Walsh Construction is jack hammering outside allowed hours for impact construction. They are still using the jack hammer well after 5 p.m. at the corner of 12th and Alder street.
