Encampment in the alley behind 300 85th street, behind the Have a Heart pot shop, infront of the main entry of the Fremont Fellowsip. It is actually on private property because of the fence alignment, but extends into the alley. This person(s) are leaving, unsanitary garbage, and drug garbage. We need to have the encampment immediately since this is the second day, and is a hazard to the hall and personal property rights. Thank you
