Ongoing leak in rental home, especially when raining. Landlord would like tenant to renew lease. Tenant is requesting month to month as leak has yet to be fixed, does not want to be stuck in lease during winter months. Looking to move. Landlord refusing month to month, deadline to sign was 6.19.
