AC unit stopped working properly in May. A work order was put in on May 18 and the only action taken was the thermostat was given a hard reset and a new air filter was installed. Another work order was put in on June 16 and these are the details I explained: "Still having issues with cooling after the thermostat was reprogrammed and a filter replaced.
