HOUSING--per online--Our building has had two instances of flooding that have effected three floors. The management company has not hired a specialist to remove the water from the walls or ceiling. The concern is that if not taken seriously mold will start growing in the building.

PER ONLINE: Last week, a resident on the top floor flooded her apartment and the two below her from a clogged toilet. The water was completely brown and has been allowed to sit and soak in for almost 5 days. The management company refuses to use a professional service. Instead letting residents stay in those apartments and not requiring any safety gear when going through their soaked stuff as well as making the regular maintenance man start cleaning it.
