Many of the handrails in this building are unstable or partially broken. I sent an email bringing this issue up to the apartment manger on June 14th, but nothing has been done, nor have there been any plans to fix the handrails. The attachments in the front stairwell in particularly are bad. You can put light pressure on the handrail and see the screws pulling out of the wall in some places. These have been unsteady and hazardous since I moved in during November of 2025.

3-5 times per week the dumpster is left directly in front of my paid parking spot. I have made probably hundreds of complaints and not once has arboreal management attempted to communicated with me in any way.
