Per CSB: A brown painted fence is falling into the sidewalk near the bus stop on this street. It looks like it is going to collapse soon and block the sidewalk.

Per Online complaint dated on 11/28/2005-On 8/26/05 a complaint was made that a large commerical sign advertising the couple's painting business was displayed at their home at 5048 Baker Ave. NW. On 9/24/05 the sign was removed. Since that time the sign has repeatedly gone up and down. The lenght of time the sign would stay up slowly increased, and now it appears to be up permanently again. Additionally, these commercial signs have gone up on the following other residential homes. 5004/5008 Bak
