I have been trying to get consistent hot water since November as well as get my windows sealed and ventilation for my gas stove. There's cockroaches in the building and I asked for holes to be repaired in the wall so they can't get in from other units. They also cut a hole in the ceiling outside my apartment that has now created a molding piece of carpet. Management dodges my calls and emails. Last time they messaged me back was 3 weeks ago and they gaslight me and ask me to reiterate my issues
