On May 12, 2025, our landlord gave us our 90-day notice that they were planning to sell their property, and that we had until Aug 10th to move. We found a new rental starting July 1st and moved out - however, we just learned that they just re-listed their property to rent on Aug 16th. They did not tell us they planned to rent the unit again, nor offer to renew our lease, and never listed the property to sell.
