In early June, I saw an ad for this house for rent on Craigslist, and then I checked Seattle's RRIO list and saw that it's not registered.

This house is currently listed for rent but its RRIO registration is outdated. The home is also in poor condition with peeling paint inside and outside -- including on window frames, overgrown vegetation, and exposed wiring inside. The landlord is renting the home "as is" and does not intend to timely perform basic maintenance like fixing light fixtures or broken locks.
