Duplicate complaint: 008015-23CPPER CSB: 2 Broken storm drain grates. This has been like this for years. I understand it is on private property in the ally. The owner won?t do anything about it so I guess who ever enforces code needs to put pressure on the owner. This is absolutely dangerousPer SDOT: This is on private property, and SDOT does not have any jurisdiction. Stormwater code is generally enforced jointly by SPU and SDCI.
