Our property manager gave our keys and walk through to a man who had toured our apartment for us (we were moving from out of state and wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam) although, this man is a friend of a friend, he is not someone I know well. Signed lease 2 weeks ago. Prices on signed lease were lower than what is being charged to tenant for first month. After signing lease, landlord gave keys to tenants 'friend' that was not listed on lease, tenant afraid he possibly made copies and did not give landlord permission. Holding fee was not fully applied to tenants account. $400 was paid, showing $375 credit.
