Per Online; We live directly behind this apartment building. Per city permits, they have been replacing some t-mobile cellphone towers on top of the building. Since this work has progressed a high pitched sounds has been emitting from the electrical equipment they've installed. The sounds is persistent and can be heard both outside and inside our home. It's quite unpleasant. I'm guessing something might be faulty in the installation of new antenna computer equipment.
