Per CSB;The tenant has non working vehicles and an excessive amount of vehicle s on the property being rented. I have attempted to notify the landlord numerous times without resolve. All I get is the run around because the landlord is a slum landlord and most concerned about getting rent money because he knows that the unit cannot be rented out new in the condition it is in. Fact - non working car, now with a tarp over it has been in a driveway that should be through access for over 2 years.

POTA--per online--The landlord served a timely notice for rent increase more than 10%, however, the unit has many major code violations that were noted on check-in inventory, and submitted by email on more than one occasion. Sockets in the bedrooms do not work; heater in the bedroom does not work; bathroom heater does not turn off. Owner sent an electrician to work on the wiring problem, but he said that problem could not be fixed.
