Other tenants have their cat/ dog pooped outside patio. I called the apartment manager, but she is not willing to do anything. She also said I am playing a blame game and she thinks my cat did it. I asked if she can post warming to the elevator or all tenants who have dogs / cats. She is not willing to. Burger is she willing to install camera to catch who did it. It is causing health hazard to my living in this apartment.

Construction noise. Jackhammering from 5pm to 9:30pm on weekday of January 21st 2025, over 75 decibels and can be heard well over 50 ft. Seattle only allows impact construction in residential area until 5pm.
