Complainant works from home and hears ongoing excessive mechanical noise. Noise from mechanical equipment and power tools exceeded the permissable sound levels today (6/1/16)***Complainant believes her neighbors are targeting her and harassing her. I referred her to the community police team; however, she is adamant about making a formal service request to investigate whether or not maintenance work is resulting in enforceable code violation***
