Baseboard heaters in the bedrooms upstairs were damaged in a fire earlier this month and mgmt company has been slow to repair them. There is forced air heating on the first floor, which works properly, but it doesn't vent to the 2nd floor - bedrooms get very cold at night. This is a SFR, compl lives here with her daughter.
