Written notice of a malfunction of our gas operated hot water tank, including an active leak from the tank, was submitted to our property manager at 8:43 PM on 4/25/25. We informed the property manager that we cannot go without hot water as we have an infant and the fact that the tank is gas operated also concerned us.
