Refusal by landlord to repair the inadequate ventilation systems in my rental unit. Retaliation by landlord against me for asserting my rights. 1. The water in both bathrooms and the kitchen is blue after I ran it for 30 minutes.I reported it to the landlord, and he refused to admit the issue with the water.2. All window sills have mold on them. The landlord refused to clean or re-seal the windows.

It appeared the contractor did not adequately post traffic signs appropriate for closing road. There was an obvious vehicle path through the area, and no construction personnel or activity, or other cars visible at the time. I thought personnel were at lunch.
