Per 10/20/09 e-mail from Mike Merritt to Joe Bell/SDOT: "I asked you the other day about city code regarding a fence that I believe is too close to the sidewalk for safety. It runs along the alley just west of 35th Ave NE to the intersection with NE 50th Street, just south of the Calvary Cemetery. It's a brand-new cedar fence."
