Tenant passed sister is trying to get in unit to remove her brothers belongings. His lease was through 10/31. Landlord is prohibiting sister to go in. She needs more time to move his belongings. Landlord wanst sister to sign a document stating she won't return or go back in. She's not willing to sign a document until she can get in to get his things. Won't allow in until this document is signed. Can someone assist, what are rights?
