Tenant lives in lower level of house which flooded over the weekend when the sewage pump clogged up. The owner removed the clog and dried the floor (it is a heated tile floor) but a foul odor remains. Tenant thinks it may be from sewage that seeped beneath the tiles. Due to health concerns, tenant is staying elsewhere, and has asked owner to clean (disinfect) the unit before he moves back in. He personally gave written notice to the owner Sunday night.
