Experiencing health issues in rental, states landlord is cheap and does not want to fix things. Room in attic filled with mold, leak in roof, chimney is crumbling. Landlord came and fixed the leak; however, mold is still present in home. Requesting inspection and seeking tenant rights.

Per Online; Our apartment was dirty and full of insects/trash when we moved here from NY. The agent who showed us the home told us in her own words that the landlord, Arron Renfrew, intentionally takes advantage of people from out of state.
