Landlord has failed to solve an electrical issue that leaves part of the home without power intermittently. The issue began at 5:22 pm on November 20. When the power goes out, it cuts off power to the kitchen including the refrigerator and range. It also cuts power to a bedroom. Troublingly, a buzzing noise comes from the circuit breaker box when this happens. At no point is any breaker tripping, nor are any GFCI outlets tripping. Per online complaint "Follow up on case # 45460. According to the record on this website, voluntary compliance was done on 6/12/13. It is 6/16/13, and the debris has NOT yet been removed. In fact, there is even MORE - old front doors, plastic garbage bags, what looks like moulding from a interior remodel, plastics etc"

Per online complaint "Debris (consisting of old front doors, old screen doors & misc junk) is being dumped behind the grey shed at 3421 33rd Ave W. The debris was first spotted around 5/24/13 & has been slowly growing in amount. Last year at this same address, another incident #40541 was reported (old mattress)." Public alley behind the house.
