*per online* "Outdoor storage of junk, mattresses have been sitting in the driveway of the building next to me for months. One of them for over 6 months now (on gilman ave). One of them slid into sidewalk, obstructing and making it difficult to turn into my driveway coming from the north."

Leaking refrigerator has left a lot of messages and there has been no response from the owner/management. Complainant just moved in only to be informed by neighboring tenants that the unit floods at least once a year. She stated the unit is not in a good condition.
