Notice of Violation: Land Use

Opened May 2, 2017 · Updated August 17, 2017

per online complaint: I live in the basement of this residence that was renovated to include a second living unit. The house is rented on two separate leases; to us and a separate tenant living upstairs who is not the owner. We think our unit may have been established without proper permits as an illegal ADU.
