Per phone call - The call started off as a noise complaint but when I called him back to ask more questions he said they are doing construction on the interior & exterior at all times of morning. The application has been accepted but not issued. He said 10% of the roof has been removed along with other stuff he could not describe. The work takes place from 1 AM to 4:00 AM.
