ZONING--per walk in--previous owner of 3450 (duplex) was required to maintain one parking spot for the benefit og the duplex when he got permission to short plat his property. After developing the 2 townhomes, each with one garage parking space, he amended the easement to get rid of the one parking space required for the duplex, granting it to Supin Ko, who purchased the townhome. Owner is complainant and there are currently tenants living there

NO HEAT SINCE OCT. 30TH. (GAS) ONLY 2 GROUNDED OUTLETS. IF SHE USES MORE THEN 2 OUTLET IT BLOWS FUSE.
