Arlo Baker (Rogers?), resident of Apt. 6, is operating a pet grooming business out of her apartment. Dog owners regularly come in and out throughout the day for hair grooming and nail trimmings. This is illegal.

HOUSING--per phone call--unit not up to code. There is a hole in the wall under the kitchen sink that leads to an opening in the neighbors apartment. The neighbors cat has come into the complainants home through that opening. The landlord was notified 2 months ago but has not addressed it. The bathroom has no ventilation and there are electrical issues. The breaker has to be flipped often.
