I work for King County Environmental Services in Seattle. Last night at 10:23 pm, we received a voice mail from a concerned individual who resides in the Estelle Apartments located at 3501 Rainier Avenue. Evidently, the elevator was not working and disabled residents on the second and third floors were unable to leave their units. The individual added that someone (unspecified in message) told the residents it would be a week before the elevator was fixed.
