Would like owner to certify JCEO reason. Follow up by mail. Is this letter legal? If so how do you find out if the landlord is really putting immediate family in the apartment? If the landlord David Katt is not, can tenant have the apartment back? How long does his immediate family have to live there? Police called 12/29/18.
