The upstairs bedroom and the living room have had a history of water damage to the ceiling. Repairs were made. The leaking has come back and management is ignoring the tenants request to repair the new damage. There is also a small gap beneath the front the front and rear doors, and some lights in a portion of the kitchen do not work. The tenants are planning on moving out the end of August..
