Per online complaint: It has been vacant for over 3 years. It has been occupied by homeless consistently for 2 years (see police & fire records) The owner Mark Reed has not been seen at the property in over a year. You can smell human waste. They are entering via garage & doors. Please board up this abandoned site ASAP!

Per online complaint "Our neighborhood fire hydrant is currently blocked from being accessible by the fire department. There is a fence around the hydrant with a padlock on it. This is not safe leading up to the 4th of July. The fence could be utilized without blocking the hydrant."
