Illegal no trespassing sign posted on public beach on the upper path in cormorant cove. I suspect it was posted by the tenant on bottom floor of this building as he has harassed, threatened to call the cops, told me I was tresspassing, and threatened to take pictures of me when I have sat on the public beaches rocks next to the buildings patio.
