There is repair work on the level 5 roof amenity deck at Greenhouse Apartments without any city permits. I looked up permits for the building address but did not find any active building permits. The repair is fixing damage from a fire that took place in summer of 2023. Furthermore, there are exposed electrical cables in the area of the repair, some of which are damaged by the fire.
