There are loud repetitive tonal/ringing noises emitting from the construction site at 3800 S Angeline, heard between the hours of 12am to 4am for the last week or so. I can hear them from inside my apartment across the street at 3805 S Angeline. Initially I was not sure where the sound was coming from but it's been so disruptive to my sleep that I went out tonight to investigate and immediately realized that it's coming from the construction site.
