We found a number of things that are contributing to the poor quality of air which is a major factor. We checked the HVAC system to find the filter was caked with what seems like years of dirt and dust, and discovered the hose from our dryer was detached from the wall. We replaced the air filter and attached the hose back to the dryer vent. Posted on Zillow as one bedroom one bath basement on Zillow. Found out HVAC system filter hadn't been changed. No ventilation system in laundry room. No openable window in the bedroom. Tenant wants to move out.POTA - tenant rights issue only at this time, does not want inspector sent out.2/27/2024 - Per caller, she doeswant to have aninspector assigned.
