Per on line complaint, A broken down black volkswagen scirocco license plate WA 311-MVY is being kept on neighbor's property. It has not moved in at least a year and DOES NOT RUN. "Under Seattle Municipal Code, people can only have 3 "running" cars on their property. Additional and non-running cars are a code violation".**I tried to call him but phone # was not good. I emailed him and asked him to call me so that I could get more explanation, but he refused and said that all information was in
