I own 2 properties north of the property that is adding additional height to his existing roof. The builder that built these 2 properties in 2009/2010. Back then, I had filed a complaint with DCLU on the height of his buildings. The builder had cheated, and built up the grade in order to get more height. In 2010 DCLU did come out and inspect both buildings that they told me the height on both buildings were @ 30ft ( the maximum height).13 years later, the owner of 3819 Eastern Ave N, Seatt
