Per online complaint: "In the back of the house adjacent to the alley there is an empty space that has become a dump area with a huge amount of debris/junk (concrete blocks, supermarket carts, used tires, christmas treewheels, overgrown vegetation, etc...). Hoping for cleanup and "no dump zone" sign. Thanks!"
