CONSTRUCTION--Per online--Owner just finished a full remodel without permits. Tax records show 3 bed 1 bath and house is currently listed as 5 bedrooms and 3 baths!! List price is $749,999. Owner is an LLC out of Sammamish, WA. Massive new electrical and framing work was done. House does not appear to be safe as unlicensed people did the work.
