Water leaking from ceiling into dwelling. Flat roof, causing pooling water on top of the building. According to landlord/ handyman they have patched it before " successfully" and the last time we had a rain storm and I've reported leaking from my ceiling handyman said " It will only leak like that when it's raining hard."
