PER CSB: There is a significant drainage and mobility issue along the main sidewalk on the west side of the street (roughly 3853 17th Ave SW). It's particularly dangerous for pedestrians who are not able bodied, as all pedestrians need to walk into the street to avoid that portion of the sidewalk or risk slipping and falling.
