Overnight construction work between midnight and 2am on both August 9th and 10th. Videos submitted to Inspector D. Powers directly. There are two workers seen doing utility work with some loud equipment directly across the road from my condo association. There are numerous community residents living in direct vicinity of the Swinerton construction site.

Construction of the Northlake Commons site routinely occurs past 7pm. Today (Nov 2nd) concrete is actively being poured past 7:20pm, despite the surrounding residential buildings to include my 6-unit apartment.
