Water has been trapped under the floors in a one-bedroom apartment for several weeks. The floors in the hallway, living room, and bathroom have been waterlogged and warped due to a water heater flood on 7.27.26. The Water Heater in question was 15 years old. The moisture checker continues to indicate high, abnormal readings. As of two weeks post-flood, 8.10, the complex had not begun any remedial work to replace the floors.
