A few weeks ago, work was done on Burke Ave N to fix the gas service at 3926 Burke. In order to do this there were two holes cut in the road. The repair of those holes is very poor quality and is not inline with the requirements outlined here: https://www.seattle.gov/transportation/document-library/manuals This is associated with SDOT-TNPN-02-26690
