PER CSB 25-00157793: Sidewalks leading east on 39th and S Angeline are completely overgrown from the sides and the top down. use 3928 S Angeline Street. TBH most of the sidewalk between 42nd Ave S and 39th Ave S on S Angeline St (closer to 39th) is completely obstructed with no more than 5ft of vertical clearance. Does this suffice?
