The building where I rent a unit was registered today with RROI,001-0144363 as a single family dwelling and sworn to be code compliant. There are 4 units in the house rented to separate tenants. The house is far from code compliant. There is no flooring in my unit after it flooded with sewage water in July. My refrigerator has not worked since December.
