Per online complaint "Failure to maintain plumbing in unit 4. Running water from kitchen sink contains significant debris (corrosion), even after running water for 20 mins+. Occupant gave owner written notification of issue on 11/19/11. Owner indicated verbally he doesn't plan to repair pipes."
