The backyard of this property faces S. Pearl St. without a fence. It is a continual eyesore. There are piles of junk (loose cinder block, a shopping cart, etc.) in violation of the city's junk storage rules. Much of the junk has not moved for three years. There is a pickup truck parked in the yard that has not moved in at least 7 months. The waste bins are frequently overfilled and spewing trash onto the street.

Property runs from Farrar (front) to Pearl (back). Back yard was until recently used as a dumping ground for nearby construction site. Someone has now taken to parking a pickup in the back yard, setting cones on the street (S Pearl St.) at the edge of their property to create a "driveway" preventing anyone from parking on the street and thus blocking in the truck.

There is trash that has been left on the corner of Farrar Street and 42nd Ave S. There are 7 trash bags that are not in a bin and which were not picked up by the Thurs 5/7 trash service. Additionally, there is trash that is not within a bag (i.e. laundry basket etc.) that is laying on the side of the street.

Owner has not registered all7 of the units currently beingrented. My unit has no heat, and wall outlets are not accessible nor working. The stove hood not installed properly, the flooris soft from water damage.
